USE - Drug-loaded halloysite nanotube. ADVANTAGE - The drug-loaded halloysite nanotube ensures increased internal temperature, and realizes controlled-release of drug from halloysite nanotube under near-infrared photothermal conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing drug-loaded halloysite nanotube, which involves dispersing halloysite nanotube, adding drug, adding dissolved photothermal conversion material, washing, resuspending, and centrifuging.
