NOVELTY - Preparing highly thermally conductive modified thermoplastic polyurethane film comprises adding modified graphene oxide solution and catalyst into thermoplastic polyurethane raw material, and carrying out solution polymerization to obtain final product, the components thermoplastic polyurethane raw material are: by 60 pts. wt. polypropylene glycol-4000, 27.4 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 12.6 pts. wt. 1,4-butanediol. USE - The modified thermoplastic polyurethane film is useful in fields of high heat transfer performance requirements. ADVANTAGE - The method: prevents end group blockade reaction between graphene oxide and thermoplastic polyurethane monomer macromolecules; avoids the introduction of harmful substances and impurities in the production process; and improves the thermal conductivity of thermoplastic polyurethane film.
