NOVELTY - Separator comprises graphene oxide nano-particles dispersed in polyfluorovinylidene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer coating layer provided at one or more sides of the material. The coating layer includes first air-gap having size of 1-10 mu m, second air gap having size of 10-700nm, graphene oxide nano-particles and polyfluorovinylidene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer. USE - Separator for electrochemical device. ADVANTAGE - The separator is durable, and has high-capacity, high effective charging/discharging characteristic and high thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for manufacturing separator, which involves manufacturing the coating solution, coating layer of coating solution on electrochemical device in which graphene oxide nano-particles are dispersed in polyfluorovinylidene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer, adding good solvent and poor solvent, and preparing the material at constant volume; and (2) electrochemical device, which comprises separator positioned between the anode and cathode.
