NOVELTY - Modified core-shell masterbatch toughened polypropylene random copolymer (PPR) pipe comprises a pipe body comprising an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer from the outside to the inside. The outer layer comprises 90-120 pts. wt. PPR resin, 1-3 pts. wt. modified nano-calcium carbonate, 4-6 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene rubber, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, the middle layer is composed of 95-130 pts. wt. PPR resin, 0.1-0.9 pts. wt. POE plastic, 3-5 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, 15-25 pts. wt. carbon fibre and 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, the inner layer is composed of 90-120 pts. wt. PPR resin, 3-5 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene rubber, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide-nano silver and 1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - The modified core-shell master batch toughened PPR tubing used in industrial production and civil building cold and hot water pipe system, air supply system, heating system and drinking water system. ADVANTAGE - The modified core-shell master batch toughening PPR pipe has high impact strength, and creep resistance, simple technique, low production cost, low crystallization rate without cooling in the process of processing, and prevents pipe creep deformation generated in the water pressure environment, and enhances the service life.
