NOVELTY - The preparation method of conductive silicone rubber involves (1) mixing graphene powder, ferroferric oxide, and hydroxy silicone oil, and granulating into graphene and ferroferric oxide particles, (2) mixing the silicon rubber raw rubber to obtain a rubber compound, (3) adding silicon dioxide, silicon carbide, zinc stearate, liquid silicone rubber, graphene and ferroferric oxide particles, structural inhibitor and silane coupling agent to the rubber compound, and uniformly mixing, and (4) adding vulcanizing agent, and mixing. USE - Preparation method of conductive silicone rubber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of conductive silicone rubber with excellent conductivity and mechanical strength.
