NOVELTY - Metal heat sink comprises a substrate, multiple metal plates (200) positioned on the substrate and deposited by metal of the same material, and graphene (310) inserted between the metal plate. USE - Used as metal heat sink. ADVANTAGE - The metal heat sink increases device stability and durability by preventing crack and dropping of the substrate, minimizes distortion between the substrate and the metal plate, and reduces reliability of residual stress of thick film material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing metal heat sink, comprising (a) calculating the stress at the point of use, (b) preparing a substrate, (c) depositing a first metal plate over the substrate, (d) laminating graphene on the first metal plate, and (e) depositing a second metal plate of the same metal material as the first metal plate on the graphene.
