▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A light-emitting structure (12) comprises substrate (1), system of wires, and LEDs (6, 7) in which each wire has a laminate structure (5) containing copper layer (3) and graphene layer and is in electrical contact with LED. The system of wires and greater than or equal to 1 LEDs together form an electrical circuit, where copper, nickel, and metal composite conduction paths are plated, evaporated, sputtered, or glued on the substrate; substrate is made of transparent material, e.g. sapphire, glasses, quartz, or PET; and metal conductive paths are laid in any length and any shape, preferably in rectangular shape. USE - A light-emitting structure for light-emitting device, preferably a light bulb (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The light-emitting structures are more energy efficient, cheaper to manufacture, and generate less heat than existing LED lighting systems. The copper graphene wires have improved thermal conduction compared to copper wires and act both as electrical conductors to form electrical circuit which provides electricity to LEDs and as thermal conductors which efficiently transport heat away from LEDs when in use. The efficiency of the system in terms of heat dispersal is remarkable, allows LEDs to generate more lumens per Watt than current LED lighting systems, and provides increased longevity relative to existing LED lighting systems. In addition, light-emitting structures generate very low heat build up that there is no need to produce mounting from heat-resistant materials and to include heat sink to improve device efficiency, resulting in reduced production costs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A light-emitting structure (12) comprises substrate (1), system of wires, and LEDs (6, 7) in which each wire has a laminate structure (5) containing copper layer (3) and graphene layer and is in electrical contact with LED. The system of wires and greater than or equal to 1 LEDs together form an electrical circuit, where copper, nickel, and metal composite conduction paths are plated, evaporated, sputtered, or glued on the substrate; substrate is made of transparent material, e.g. sapphire, glasses, quartz, or PET; metal conductive paths are laid in any length and any shape, preferably in rectangular shape; conductive layer is made of singular metal, e.g. copper, nickel, or metal composite; conductive layer is patterned to make discrete islands; greater than or equal to 1 LED is bonded on a top of an isolated island for series connection; graphene layer is grown on a top of patterned copper or nickel; etched surface area which does not consist of copper and nickel is not coated with graphene; after graphene is placed on a top of the wire, greater than or equal to 1 LED is placed through a die bonding manner or a wire bonding manner on the conductive surfaces to form filaments; and greater than or equal to 1 LED is connected in series. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) light-emitting device comprising greater than or equal to 1 light-emitting structure; (2) production of light-emitting structure or a set of light-emitting structures which involves providing graphene layer on patterned copper sheet to form copper/graphene laminate, affixing greater than or equal to 1 LED to copper/graphene laminate to form light-emitting structure or array of light-emitting structures, and optionally, separating array of light-emitting structures from one another to provide a set of light-emitting structures, where copper sheet is patterned such that copper/graphene laminate and greater than or equal to 1 LED of light-emitting structure or each of the set of light-emitting structures together form an electrical circuit, and graphene is established on copper and nickel which catalyze graphene growth; and (3) production of light-emitting device which involves incorporating greater than or equal to 1 light-emitting structures into a device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawings show schematic flow diagrams of the production method of light-emitting structures.
