NOVELTY - The method involves uniformly mixing 2.4 g metal magnesium powder and magnesium sulfate or magnesium oxide in a mass ratio of 1:5-20, placing in a vacuum reactor with a vacuum degree of 500-1000 Pa, heating to 900-1300 degree Celsius, quickly placing 1.26-6.3 g melamine into the pyrolysis reactor preheated to 900 to 1500 degree Celsius to make it finish cracking in 10-150 seconds, and directly introducing the mixed gas of melamine pyrosis product gas and carrier gas into the vacuum reactor. USE - Preparation method of pyrrole nitrogen doped graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures the uniqueness of nitrogen atom configuration in the graphene. The nitrogen source precursor can quickly enter into the high temperature environment to be heated, the device requirement is low, the process is simple, and it is easy to realize large-scale production.
