NOVELTY - Production of silicon-carbon composite anode material involves dispersing graphene precursor, foaming agent, graphite and nano-silicon in solvent, uniformly mixing, drying to obtain solid material, compacting solid material into preform by a laminating apparatus, heat-treating preform in protective gas atmosphere and sintering at high temperature. USE - Production of silicon-carbon composite anode material for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple production of silicon-carbon composite anode material. The silicon-carbon composite anode material improved specific capacity, charging discharging rate and cycle stability.
