▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A dual enzyme electrode is prepared by applying graphene oxide sol on surface of gold electrode, drying, performing electrodeposition method for directly co-depositing 0.04-0.06 U xanthine oxidase and aqueous solution of chitosan on surface of the gold electrode, uniformly mixing 0.15-0.25 U purine nucleoside phosphorylase, 5% 3.5-4.5 ul hemoglobin and 0.1% 0.5-1.5 ul nonionic surfactant TX-10 and maintaining for 5-10 minutes to obtain mixture A, adding 2.5% 1-3 ul glutaraldehyde to the mixture A and mixing to obtain mixture B. The mixture B is uniformly sprayed on surface of the electrode followed by maintaining for 1 minute, solidifying for 18-22 minutes, rinsing the surface of the electrode with distilled water and freezing electrode, where pH of the aqueous solution of chitosan is 5.7-6.3. USE - Dual enzyme electrode for determining phytase activity (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dual enzyme electrode is prepared in simple and cost effective manner, and has long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a use of the dual enzyme electrode for determining phytase activity.
