NOVELTY - Modified masterbatch comprises masterbatch carrier, graphene material and natural flavonoid compound. USE - Modified masterbatch used for preparing modified fiber useful for preparing modified nonwoven fabric for use in preparing textile product comprising mask, eye mask, gauze and facial mask (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The natural flavonoid compound is uniformly distributed between the graphene sheets, so that the graphene and the natural flavonoid compound are well dispersed, reducing the agglomeration of masterbatch, and enhancing the antibacterial effect of the modified masterbatch, which improves the overall performance of the nonwoven fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of the modified masterbatch comprising blending a portion of graphene material with natural flavonoid compound to obtain mixture A, blending the remaining portion of graphene material with the masterbatch carrier to obtain mixture B, mixing mixture A and mixture B, and granulating; (2) modified fiber comprising raw materials of 5-15 pts. wt. modified masterbatch and 85-95 pts. wt. blank slice, where the particle diameter of the modified masterbatch is smaller than the particle size of the blank slice, and the ratio of the particle diameter of the modified masterbatch and blank slice is 1:2-10; and (3) preparation of the modified fiber comprising blending the modified masterbatch and blank slice and spinning to obtain the modified fiber.
