NOVELTY - Preparing tellurene/graphene hybrid fiber membrane with photoelectric effect comprises (i) providing a tellurene pre-stripping dispersion liquid, adding graphene oxide to tellurene pre-stripping dispersion liquid, performing ultrasonication in a constant temperature water bath, centrifuging, collecting bottom layer mixture, dispersing bottom layer mixture in water, washing, concentrating, and drying to obtain a mixture of tellurene and graphene oxide, (ii) adding water to tellurene and graphene, stirring to obtain mixed solution, using pulsed tip ultrasound, ultrasonically processing the mixed solution, and concentrating mixed solution to obtain tellurene/graphene oxide mixed dispersion, and (iii) using tellurene/graphene oxide mixed dispersion as spinning stock solution, and glacial acetic acid as coagulation bath, using rotary table for wet spinning, where the linear velocity of spinning needle relative to coagulation bath of rotating table is greater than maximum linear velocity. USE - The tellurene/graphene hybrid fiber membrane is useful on a flexible photodetector (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts graphene oxide to assist dispersion and spinning; solves the defects that is prone to stack up with each other of tellurene, poor dispersibility in water, and does not have spinnability; realizes the tellurene/graphene oxide with a high tellurene ratio; and provides a tellurene/graphene hybrid fiber membrane with photoelectric effect and the application on flexible photodetectors. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing tellurene/graphene hybrid fiber membrane with photoelectric effect comprises (i) providing a tellurene pre-stripping dispersion liquid, adding graphene oxide to the tellurene pre-stripping dispersion liquid, performing ultrasonication in a constant temperature water bath, centrifuging, collecting the bottom layer mixture, dispersing the bottom layer mixture in water, washing, concentrating, and drying to obtain a mixture of tellurene and graphene oxide, (ii) adding water to the mixture of tellurene and graphene, stirring to obtain mixed solution, using pulsed tip ultrasound, ultrasonically processing the mixed solution, and concentrating the mixed solution to obtain the tellurene/graphene oxide mixed dispersion, (iii) using tellurene/graphene oxide mixed dispersion as the spinning stock solution, and glacial acetic acid as the coagulation bath, using the rotary table for wet spinning, where the linear velocity of the spinning needle relative to the coagulation bath of the rotating table is greater than the maximum linear velocity that can be continuously formed into fibers, and obtaining the tellurene/graphene oxide hybrid short fiber, and (iv) collecting tellurene/graphene oxide hybrid short fibers, filtering coagulation bath containing tellurene/graphene oxide hybrid short fibers and reducing to obtain tellurene/graphene hybrid fiber membrane. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for ellurene/graphene hybrid fiber membrane with a photoelectric effect.
