▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing boron nitride-graphene-polyimide wave heat-absorbing waveguide material, comprises (i) mixing boron nitride powder and graphene powder, adding anhydrous ethanol and ball milling, (ii) adding diamine into polar solvent, adding dianhydride and magnetically stirring uniformly to obtain precursor of polyimide material, (iii) drying step (i) product to obtain graphene/boron nitride composite powder, then tableting and dropwise adding step (ii) product until the full tablet is infiltered to obtain composite material, and (iv) subjecting composite material to heating and curing treatment for 2 times to obtain final product. USE - The wave heat-absorbing waveguide material is useful in preparing heating container (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The wave heat-absorbing waveguide material: has excellent heating effect, small mass volume, low production cost and improved mechanical properties; realizes integration of wave absorbing and heat transfer materials; reduces heat energy loss during heating process; and suitable for microwave heating non-absorbing materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for heating container, prepared by using boron nitride-graphene-polyimide composite heat-absorbing waveguide material.
