▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing copper-based bipyridine double ligand electrocatalyst comprises (1) providing copper salt and metal-organic framework (MOF) ligand, and 2,2'-bipyridine and sodium hydroxide in a molar ratio of copper:bipy:MOF:sodium hydroxide = (2-3):2:3:6, mixing well, using as a mixture, where the MOF ligand is trimesic acid or isophthalic acid, (2) measuring distilled water as liquid A, (3) adding liquid A into the mixture, adding 10-11 mg 2,2'-bipyridyl per milliliter of liquid A, mixing well and using as liquid B, and (4) reacting the liquid B at 155-165℃ for at least 72 hours, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the indigo catalyst powder crystal, which is the modified copper-bipy-MOF catalyst. USE - The modified copper-based bipyridine double ligand electrocatalyst is useful in technical field of electrocatalysis for water treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has low cost, relatively simple synthesis, scale-up application, and industrial production prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing electrode using Cu-bipy-MOF catalyst, comprising (I) providing modified Cu-bipy-MOF catalyst and carbon-based conductive powder in a mass ratio of (1-1.5):1, (II) preparing organic solvent as liquid A, (III) adding the binder into the liquid A, where the amount of the binder added is 1% of the volume of the liquid A, recording as the liquid B, (IV) adding the modified Cu-bipy-MOF catalyst and carbon-based conductive powder into the liquid B for mixing, adding 2-2.5 mg modified Cu-bipy-MOF catalyst per 1 ml liquid B, mixing evenly and fully dispersing to obtain mixed suspension, and (V)evenly adding gained mixed suspension on both sides of the cathode sheet, completely volatizing the solvent to get the electrode loaded with the modified Cu-bipy-MOF catalyst, where the area of the cathode sheet is controlled to be loaded with 0.33-1.33 mg modified Cu-bipy-MOF catalyst per 1 cm2.
