NOVELTY - Weather-resistant strong infrared radiation radiating industrial coating comprises 40-60 pts. wt. aqueous organic silicone modified acrylic resin, 10-25 pts. wt. infrared radiation powder, 5-10 pts. wt. modified graphene nanosheets, 0.5-2 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. wetting agent, 1-4 pts. wt. film-forming agent, and 0.5-1 pts. wt. leveling agent, where the infrared radiation powder comprises substrate, rare earth metal oxides and metal oxides coated on the surface of the substrate, and the number of layers of the modified graphene nanosheets is ≯ 3 layers. USE - The weather-resistant strong infrared radiation radiating industrial coating is useful in electronic device, traditional metallurgy, chemical industry, boiler and heat dissipation efficiency of reaction furnace. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good infrared radiation function and good weather resistance. The infrared radiation powder has high thermal conductivity and high radiation performance of the silicon carbide, silicon nitride as substrate, has wide infrared radiation wavelength range of the protective layer, greatly improves infrared light radiation powder of the radiation efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing industrial coating with strong weather resistance infrared radiation radiating, comprising (1) combining the silicone-modified acrylic resin, defoamer, anti-settling agent, dispersant, wetting agent, film-forming agent and leveling agent, stirring at a rotational speed of 500-1000 revolutions/minute for 10-30 minutes, and mixing uniformly to obtain first material liquid, and (2) stirring the first feed liquid at rotational speed of 500-1000 revolutions/minute, adding the infrared radiation powder and modified graphene nanosheets, and obtaining industrial coating with strong weather resistance and heat dissipation by infrared radiation.
