▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing synergistic micro-nano biological fertilizer involves (a) preparing titanium-containing graphite dispersion, and (b) preparing synergistic micro-nano biological fertilizer with graphene and titanium by (i) placing titanium-containing graphite dispersion in a special equipment for synchronously preparing titanium-containing graphene and micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer, adopting a new process for synchronously preparing titanium-containing graphene and micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer, performing high-speed grinding using a shearing device with a rotation speed of 3000-6000 rpm for 3-8 hours, using high-shear mechanical force in the same liquid medium and same process to perform liquid-phase stripping to prepare titanium-containing graphene and micro-nano biological liquid fertilizer, (ii) preparing stable titanium-containing graphene dispersion. USE - The method is useful for preparing micro-nano biological fertilizer. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares micro-nano biological fertilizer with synergistic effect of graphene and titanium. The prepared fertilizer is rich in amino acids, fulvic acid, and humic acid. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing synergistic micro-nano biological fertilizer involves (a) preparing titanium-containing graphite dispersion by (i) mixing the activated Bacillus subtilis microbial agent with nutrient solution containing fragment protein, complex amino acid, peptide and humic acid with a total content of 30-50%, preparing the biological bacterial liquid fertilizer by using mixed bacteria fermentation technology, using the biological bacterial liquid fertilizer as the base liquid, mixing with graphite powder in a weight ratio of 1000:5-30 to prepare a graphite suspension and adding with 0.35-0.55 pts. wt. titanium gluconate, (ii) placing the above-mentioned titanium-containing graphite suspension in a high-speed colloid mill having a rotation speed of 15000-30000 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 30-80 minutes to produce a titanium-containing graphite dispersion liquid, and (iii) simultaneously breaking and degrading the fragmented proteins, complex amino acids, peptides and humic acid in the biological bacterial liquid fertilizer, while preparing titanium-containing graphite dispersion, to generate free amino acids, oligopeptides and fulvic acid, where the titanium ions have double chelation with amino acids and fulvic acid in the graphite dispersion, during the high-speed colloid mill grinding process, and (b) preparing synergistic micro-nano biological fertilizer with graphene and titanium by (i) placing titanium-containing graphite dispersion in a special equipment for synchronously preparing titanium-containing graphene and micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer, adopting a new process for synchronously preparing titanium-containing graphene and micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer, performing high-speed grinding by a shearing machine with a rotation speed of 3000-6000 rpm for 3-8 hours, using high-shear mechanical force in the same liquid medium and same process to perform liquid-phase stripping to prepare titanium-containing graphene and micro-nano biological liquid fertilizer, (ii) preparing stable titanium-containing graphene dispersion by using the above-mentioned titanium-containing graphene and micro-nano biological bacterial liquid fertilizer base liquid prepared in the same medium at the time of peeling to generate graphene, under the action of high shear mechanical force, immediately reacting the newly generated graphene with the newly released amino, hydroxyl, and carboxyl groups in the micro-nano biological bacterial liquid fertilizer to form a hydrophilic active group, dispersing the titanium-containing graphene nano-material in the micro-nano biological bacterial liquid fertilizer base liquid to form a stable titanium-containing graphene dispersion, where the micro-nano biological fertilizer comprises fertilizer, graphene and titanium in a weight ratio 1000:5.0-30:0.35-0.55, the organic and inorganic nutrients required by plants in micro-nano biological fertilizers have a total particle size of not less than 50% in the range of 100-600 nm, and the proportion of graphene particles less than 200 nm is more than 10%.
