▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide is prepared. A graphene oxide suspension is prepared by ultrasonically peeling off graphene oxide in deionized water. An aluminosilicate slurry is prepared by adding aluminosilicate powder and dispersing agent to deionized water, and mixed with graphene oxide suspension. The obtained mixture is dried, molded, and sintered in a reducing atmosphere to form silicon carbide by partial reaction of carbon in graphene oxide and silica in aluminosilicate, and obtain a ceramic composite. USE - Manufacture of ceramic composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of ceramic composite having excellent fracture strength.
