NOVELTY - Packaging method of photoelectric coupler comprises (i) firing ceramic base and ceramic cover, and opening symmetrical positioning holes on the bottom surface of the ceramic base and the inner surface of the ceramic cover, (ii) using industrial equipment to make a support, pulling out two pin lines from the back, (iii) coating adhesive on positioning hole on bottom surface of the ceramic base, and applying adhesive, (iv) spraying a light-blocking layer on ceramic base, ceramic cover, and support plate, (v) making a transparent and light-transmitting filler and setting a lens, applying isolation paper to the corresponding positions of the front and back of the filler, absorbing light free around; (vi) applying glue on the relative positions of the ceramic cover, aligning with the ceramic base, and connecting the ceramic cover and ceramic base, (vii) using an insulation protection film to seal, bonding the ceramic base and the ceramic cover together, and sealing gap. USE - Method for packaging a photoelectric coupler i.e. optoelectronic isolator, of an electric signal transmission device in a digital circuit. ADVANTAGE - The light wave propagation is stable, the interference will not occur in the use, and the irregular light wave of the cavity is absorbed and the interference is reduced. The chip of the light emitting diode and the photoelectric crystal is adhered and cured by the bonding machine, so that the normal work satisfy the photo-electric coupler can be transmitted by the lens by the light wave aggregate.
