NOVELTY - In-situ preparation of carbon nano material/phenolic resin lubricating material, comprises: preparing hydroxymethyl furfural monomer solution by taking cellulose as raw material; oxidizing the carbon nano material to obtain the carbon oxide nano material solution; mixing the carbon oxide nano material solution with hydroxymethyl furfural monomer solution to obtain the composite solution of hydroxymethyl furfural monomer chemical grafted carbon nano material; adding lignin monomer solution in the composite solution of hydroxymethyl furfural monomer chemical grafted carbon nano material to perform in-situ polymerization, drying to obtain the product. USE - The carbon nano material/phenolic resin lubricating material is used in preparing mechanical moving part, preferably lubricating material of mechanical bearing part (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy to operate, stable technique, low cost, reproducible, no pollution. The material has good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the carbon nano material/phenolic resin lubricating material.
