NOVELTY - Manufacture of material wire mesh cloth involves using UV laser to open groove on the screen injection mold, placing the prepared chemical liquid on the mold of the opened wire groove, etching to form the designed mesh pattern according to the pattern of the mold, using the scraper to scrape different liquid chemical height on the mold, curing the chemical liquid using photo-thermal process to form mesh cloth and removing the net cloth. The height of the chemical liquid determines the thickness of the net cloth and the high width of the liquid chemical in each wire groove is adjusted. USE - Manufacture of material wire mesh cloth for photovoltaic applications. ADVANTAGE - The method replaces the inlet for manufacturing process.
