▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene/polymer composite thermal conductive film is prepared by adding multi-walled carbon nanotubes to modified polyimide to obtain composite particles, uniformly coating the surface of the composite particles with graphene nanosheets, and hot pressing to obtain the film. USE - The graphene/polymer composite thermal conductive film is useful for heat dissipation of new energy automobile battery pack. ADVANTAGE - The conductive film has excellent mechanical properties, fast thermal conductivity and high efficiency.
