▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing coconut shell carbon/three-dimensional graphene composite material, comprises (i) pre-processing coconut shell to obtain three-dimensional coconut shell fiber framework structure, (ii) carbonizing the three-dimensional coconut shell fiber framework structure under inert atmosphere, then expanding and activating to obtain three-dimensional porous active carbon fiber framework, (iii) preparing graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and adding functional components into graphene oxide dispersion liquid to obtain the composite solution, (iv) reacting the activated carbon fiber framework with composite solution at high temperature and high pressure for 0.5-24 hours, cleaning and drying, and (v) sintering the obtained sample under inert atmosphere to obtain coconut shell carbon/three-dimensional graphene composite material. USE - The composite material is useful in electromagnetic wave absorption or stealth design (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method solves problem of easy cracking of the three-dimensional graphene during preparation process. The composite material has excellent mechanical properties and electromagnetic wave absorption performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for coconut shell carbon/three-dimensional graphene composite material, prepared by above mentioned method.
