▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing a graphene oxide aerogel fiber fabric involves (i) dispersing graphene oxide into a solvent, shaking and uniformly mixing for 2-15 minutes and performing ultrasonic treatment for 4-30 minutes to obtain a graphene oxide solution with a concentration of 2-13 mg/ml, (ii) injecting the graphene oxide solution at a rate of 10-1000 mu l/minute into a rotary coagulation bath with a rotating speed of 5-50 rpm through a spinning head with a diameter of 50-500 mu m and obtaining graphene oxide gel fiber by washing with deionized water after solidifying for 1-900 seconds and (iii) obtaining a gel fiber fabric by suction filtration and freeze drying for 24-72 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene oxide aerogel fiber fabric used in a preparation of a PM2.5 filter device (claimed) and in air filtration. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts environmentally-friendly preparation process, room temperature operation and low energy consumption and provides the product with a multi-stage pore structure formed by nano-level voids and micron-sized pores, high filtration efficiency and excellent PM2.5 capture performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the graphene oxide aerogel fiber fabric prepared by the method.
