NOVELTY - Preparing graphene with carbonization surfactant, comprises mixing sulfuric acid and benzene as water-insoluble liquid, delaminating the mixed mixture, injecting surfactant, of which the hydrophilic group contains carbon, into mixed solution to form layer of monomolecular film on the interface of sulfuric acid and benzene, soaking the hydrophilic group of the surfactant into sulfuric solution, soaking hydrophobic group into benzene, and carbonizing the surfactant to form a single carbon atom layer, where the density of benzene is lower than the water and the surfactant is oleic acid. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene with carbonization surfactant (claimed).
