NOVELTY - Continuous graphene production device comprises a machine frame (1). The lower bottom of machine frame is mounted with a motor (19), a separating box (12), a case (3) and the condenser box (35). The separating box is provided with an insulating cover. The separating box is internally provided with a centrifugal disc. The centrifugal disc is equipped with movable grinding head provided with a fixed grinding head. The fixed grinding head is fixedly mounted on the insulating cover, and a second sealing ring. The lower end of fixed grinding head is provided with taper shape hole. USE - Used as a continuous graphene production device. ADVANTAGE - The device: has simple integral structure, is convenient to operate; consumes less energy; achieves high yield; has light weight; can realize graphene separation and purification continuously without polluting environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Continuous graphene production device comprises a machine frame (1). The lower bottom of machine frame is mounted with a motor (19), a separating box (12), a case (3) and the condenser box (35). The separating box is provided with an insulating cover. The separating box is internally provided with a centrifugal disc. The centrifugal disc is equipped with movable grinding head provided with a fixed grinding head. The fixed grinding head is fixedly mounted on the insulating cover, and a second sealing ring. The lower end of fixed grinding head is provided with taper shape hole, and upper end is cone shape. The taper of the taper shaft is matched with taper hole. The taper shaft on the upper end of movable grinding head is provided with liquid groove. The fixed grinding head is provided with a pressing cover, and a liquid injection pipe hole. The liquid injection pipe hole is connected with the injecting pipe passing through the pressing cover. The pressing cover is fixed on the insulating cover by two set screws. One end of the injecting pipe at the bottom of the pressing cover is sleeved with a spring. The injection tube is connected with return pipe. One end of the return pipe is connected to the bottom side of the joint. The injection pipe is connected with suction pipe far away from injection pipe hole. One end of the suction pipe is connected with the separating box at the bottom of one side. The insulating cover is provided with a feeding pipe hole. The feeding pipe hole and case are connected through pipeline. The condenser box is internally provided with a condensing pipe. One end of the condensing pipe penetrates and extends to the separating tank and other end is connected with the outlet of the condenser. The centrifugal disc is connected with the output shaft of the motor. The connecting part is provided with a first sealing ring. The output shaft of the motor is provided with a sliding ring.
