NOVELTY - Microwave preparation of graphene catalytic silver phosphate/nano composite material comprises using graphene oxide solution, deionized water, carrying out ultrasonic treatment at acoustic power, to obtain graphene oxide aqueous solution A, dissolving silver nitrate in deionized water silver nitrate solution B, uniformly mixing, under stirring using concentration disodium hydrogen phosphate solution, regulating reaction system pH value using aqueous ammonia, stirring, reacting, to obtain yellow brown suspension C, using suspension C in microwave reactor, centrifuging and washing. USE - The method is useful for microwave preparation of graphene catalytic silver phosphate/nano composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has short reaction period and is suitable for large amount of preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Microwave preparation of graphene catalytic silver phosphate/nano composite material comprises (i) using graphene oxide solution, deionized water, carrying out ultrasonic treatment at acoustic power 300-500 W for 2 hours, to obtain graphene oxide aqueous solution A at concentration 1.5 g.L-1, (ii) dissolving silver nitrate in deionized water to prepare 0.1mol.L-1 concentration silver nitrate solution B, (iii) according to volume ratio of solution A and solution B is 1:5.5-6, uniformly mixing, under stirring to mixed solution of drip and volume ratio of solution B is 1:1, using 0.05 mol/L-1 concentration disodium hydrogen phosphate solution, regulating reaction system pH value to 12 using aqueous ammonia, stirring, reacting for 30 minutes, to obtain yellow brown suspension C, (iv) using step (iii) suspension C in microwave reactor, controlling sound power at 500 W. where the power density of microwave radiation is 6kW.m-2 for 40 minutes, (v) centrifuging, washing using deionized water, drying at 70 degrees C, precipitating, to obtain the product.
