NOVELTY - A nano structured composite air-sensitive material preparing method involves forming composite film of graphene oxide quantum dots and titanium dioxide nano-tube on the substrate, performing reduction of graphene oxide quantum dot using laser irradiation method, forming nano metal oxide thin film on the composite structure of the reduced graphene oxide quantum dot and titanium dioxide nanotube and to obtain reduced grapheme oxide quantum dot. The titanium dioxide nano tube and nanometer metal oxide thin film are reduced to obtain finished product. USE - Method for preparing nano structured composite air-sensitive material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the nano structured composite air-sensitive material with increased surface area and openness of composite nano structure, improving sensitivity of sensitive material and selectivity of the material of the gas, and better absorption and desorption effect.
