The component A comprises 50-60 pts. wt. mixed epoxy resin emulsion, 10-15 pts. wt. functionalized modified graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, 5-10 pts. wt. foaming agent, 5-10 pts. wt. co-solvent, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. flatting agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. anti-freezing agent, 1-2 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant and 30-40 pts. wt. de-ionized water. The component B comprises 35-50 pts. wt. curing agent and 20-35 pts. wt. co-solvent. USE - Used as coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has three-dimensional network structure; has good film forming property, strong coating adhesion, good stability, good foaming effect, greatly improves heat resistance limit, bond strength, heat resistance time, aging resistance, water resistance and weather resistance; The method is simple, easy to operate, has high production efficiency, low cost, and can be produced on large scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing coating comprising (i) preparing component A aqueous coating by (a) adding mixed epoxy resin emulsion, functionalized modified graphene, reinforcing filler, co-solvent, anti-settling agent and de-ionized water in a blender to mix uniformly, (b) placing the mixed raw materials in the above step (a) in a sand mill with a temperature of 35-45 degrees C for grinding and dispersing until the fineness of less than or equal to 60 mu m, and (c) adding the grind and dispersed raw materials in step (b) into the stirred tank, then adding foaming agent, antifoaming agent, flatting agent, anti-freezing agent, thickening agent, wetting agent and dispersant, uniformly stirring at a speed of 1200-1500 revolutions/minute, filtering to remove mechanical impurities to obtain component A aqueous coating and packaging, (ii) preparing component B aqueous curing agent by adding curing agent and co-solvent into the container, uniformly stirring at a speed of 800-1000 revolutions/minute, filtering to obtain curing agent and packaging, and (iii) mixing component A aqueous coating and component B aqueous curing agent in a weight ratio of 100:(20-30), then adding de-ionized water to adjust the construction viscosity to form long-term anticorrosive middle coating of steel substrate.
