▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphite phase carbon nitride/graphene heterojunction-epoxy acrylate composite material comprises e.g. using graphene oxide solution, adding graphite-phase carbon nitride, carrying out ultrasonic reaction, centrifuging and collecting the precipitate, drying the product to obtain the graphite-phase carbon nitride/graphene oxide, using silane coupling agent, absolute ethanol, adding graphite-phase carbon nitride/graphene oxide, under the refluxing state at normal temperature, stirring and reacting, centrifugating and collecting precipitate. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphite phase carbon nitride/graphene heterojunction-epoxy acrylate composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent hardness, thermal property, mechanical property and light catalytic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphite phase carbon nitride / graphene heterojunction-epoxy acrylate composite material comprises (i) using 300-500 pts. wt. graphene oxide solution with concentration of 1-2 g/l, adding 5-10 pts. wt. graphite-phase carbon nitride, carrying out ultrasonic reaction for 8-12 hours, centrifuging and collecting the precipitate, drying the product to obtain the graphite-phase carbon nitride/graphene oxide, (ii) using 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 100-250 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, adding graphite-phase carbon nitride/graphene oxide, under the refluxing state at normal temperature, stirring and reacting for 2-4 hours, centrifugating and collecting precipitate, drying the solid product, sieving to obtain modified graphite-phase carbon nitride/graphene oxide, (iii) using step (ii) to obtain modified graphite-phase carbon nitride/graphene oxide with epoxy mixing uniformly, to obtain graphite-phase carbon nitride/oxide graphene heterojunction-epoxy composite material.
