NOVELTY - Polypeptide nanomicelle composition comprises PEGylated phosphatidylethanolamine (PEG-PE) and lysosomal signal peptide is assembled, where the lysosomal signal peptide is polypeptide, the polypeptide comprises lysosomal targeting motif and binds to cell lysosomal targeting, the polypeptide includes polar amino acids, hydrophobic amino acids, and/or polar amino acids and hydrophobic amino acids. USE - The polypeptide nanomicelle composition is useful in preparing targeted protein degrading agent and lysosomal probe for targeting cancer cells or cancer tissues, preferably human lung cancer cell lines and human breast cancer cell lines (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition has enhanced lysosomal targeting ability of signal peptide, enhanced ability of polypeptide to enter cells and target lysosomes, which provides feasible ideas for designing targeted protein degradation small molecules and lysosome visualization probes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing polypeptide nanomicelle composition, comprising (i) preparing PEGylated phosphatidylethanolamine (PEG-PE) stock solution and polypeptide stock solution, (ii) mixing PEGylated phosphatidylethanolamine (PEGPE) stock solution and polypeptide stock solution obtained in step (i), heating, and allowing to stand to obtain polypeptide nanomicelle composition.
