NOVELTY - The material has a Zinc sulfide nano-particles provided with a nanometer Graphene, where mol ratio Zinc element and Copper element is 1: 0.005-0.05, and grain diameter of the Zinc sulfide nano- particles is 10-100 nano meters. The nanometer Graphene is selected from a Graphene nanometre ball, graphene nanowires, graphene nanometer stick, and graphene nano- hammer, where size of the nano Graphene is 1-10 nano meters. USE - Composite material for a material quantum dot LED (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high electron transport efficiency, strong conductivity, better chemical stability, and high matching degree of electron transport material and energy level of a quantum dot light emitting layer.
