NOVELTY - Nano hybrid hydrogel based on double crosslinking preparation comprises casein and alginate as the first and second network, introducing nano-particles dispersed in absolute ethanol, slowly transferring the uniformly mixed sol to the film-forming plate and placing in the sealed container filled with acid solution, volatilizing the hydrogen ion by heating and gradually entering into the sol, with the pH decreasing, the casein micellar surface hair layer is combined to form a first network by hydrophobic interaction, partial alginates molecular chain shrinkage is distributed in the second network and the other part forms hydrogen bond and ion effect by -COO- and casein surface active group, the nano particle is respectively provided with multiple reaction sites for enhancing cross-linking with double network, in the system, it has the function of energy dissipation, finally forming stable casein-based nano-hydrogel. USE - The method is useful for preparing casein-based nano hybrid hydrogel based on double cross-linking mechanism, which is useful as biological and medical anti-bacterial material. ADVANTAGE - The casein preparation based nano hybrid hydrogel has a three-dimensional network structure with uniformly adjustable pores, with high efficiency anti-bacterial high toughness and stable and adjustable adhesive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the preparation method of casein-alginate nano hybrid hydrogel based on double cross-linking mechanism.
