▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-modified aqueous polyurethane paint comprises first component and second component, where the first component includes 55-65 wt.% aqueous acrylic resin, 25-30 wt.% graphene modified white water slurry, 1-2 wt.% of mixed solution of 3060 and water, in the ratio of 1:1, 0.2-0.3 wt.% slipping agent, 0.2-0.3 wt.% flatting agent, 0.2 wt.% wetting agent, 0.3 wt.% antifoaming agent, 3.5-3.8 wt.% ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and remaining aminomethyl propanol modified graphene aqueous dispersion, and the second component includes an aqueous curing agent. USE - Graphene-modified aqueous polyurethane paint used as heavy anti-corrosion paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane paint uses graphene with small specific surface area to coat titanium dioxide to improve anti-settling performance of pigment and filler, and graphene with large specific surface area used to prepare the graphene aqueous dispersion, and is capable of realizing good dispersion of graphene and long-term corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene-modified aqueous polyurethane paint, which involves: (a) mixing and stirring first component and second component, in the mass ratio of 100:13-15, where the first component is prepared by weighing aqueous acrylic resin, adding aminomethylpropanol modified graphene aqueous dispersion, slipping agent, defoaming agent, flatting agent, wetting agent, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and mixed solution of 3060 and water in the ratio of 1:1, continuously stirring for 15-25 minutes, and adding graphene modified white water slurry, stirring at 400-600 rpm and filtering, and the second component is prepared by weighing aqueous curing agent, and stirring for 15-20 minutes under stirring state of rotational speed of 100-500 rpm.
