▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-doped polyimide powder, comprises: (i) using in-situ polymerization for mixing and reacting graphene with organic solvent, diamine and dianhydride in a reaction vessel to obtain graphene-based polyamic acid; (ii) adding catalyst and dehydrating agent to a polytetrafluoroethylene reaction vessel, stirring and reacting for chemical imidization of polyamic acid to produce polyimide; (iii) removing out polyimide product, washing and soaking with acetone for a period of time, and then placing in a vacuum drying oven for drying; and (iv) grinding using a grinder to obtain the final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-doped polyimide powder used in lost foam casting, selective laser sintering (SLS) molding, and graphite powder preparation. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple to operate, has mild reaction conditions and high production efficiency, does not require high temperature conditions, saves energy, and easily achieves industrial production.
