NOVELTY - Allyl acetate catalyst comprises carrier, active component and co-active component loaded on carrier, and outer coating, where the carrier includes silica gel, molecular sieves, corundum, and/or graphene, the active component includes metals palladium, platinum, gold, copper, and/or zinc, the auxiliary active component includes alkali metal acetates, preferably sodium acetate and/or potassium acetate, the outer coating includes silica sol, aluminum sol, and/or graphene. USE - The allyl acetate catalyst is useful in technical field of catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst: has 5-6 mm particle size, 100-200 m2/g specific surface area, 0.2-0.6 cm3/g pore volume, 10-15 nm pore diameter, uniform and firm anchoring, high space-time yield, good thermal conductivity, high product selectivity, good stability, and long catalyst life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: preparing allyl acetate catalyst, comprising (i) mixing metal salt solution containing active component with carrier, freeze-drying, and adding to aqueous solution of precipitating agent to carry out precipitation reaction, adding reducing agent again and carrying out reduction reaction, washing and drying to obtain precursor A, (ii) adding precursor A to aqueous solution containing co-active component, then ultrasonically dispersing and loading co-active component, and filtering and drying to obtain precursor B, and (iii) mixing raw material of outer coating with water, then adding precursor B, then applying outer coating by ultrasonic, collecting out and drying to obtain catalyst. preparing allyl acetate, comprising adopting fixed-bed reactor, mixing propylene, oxygen, acetic acid, and water and reacting in the presence of the catalyzer to obtain allyl acetate.
