NOVELTY - Preparing zinc oxide quantum dot/graphene-based composite material comprises uniformly mixing natural graphite raw material, adding potassium permanganate and de-ionized water, stirring, diluting, adding hydrogen peroxide, stirring and allowing to stand, (ii) washing and centrifugal washing, (iii) taking, dialyzing, ultrasonic processing, drying and (iv) taking conventional graphene oxide sample, ethanol solution, dripping, adding anhydrous zinc acetate alcohol solution into three neck flask aqueous solution and hexamethylene tetramine, reacting, centrifuging, washing, filtering and drying. USE - The material is useful for flammable and explosive. ADVANTAGE - The material has toxicity and harmful to environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing zinc oxide quantum dot/graphene-based composite material comprises (i) uniformly mixing natural graphite raw material dispersed in 98% of concentrated sulfuric acid, adding potassium permanganate under acidic conditions and de-ionized water, stirring for 1-4 hour, diluting the liquid after reaction, slowly adding hydrogen peroxide, stirring 5-20 minutes and allowing to stand overnight to obtain precipitate, (ii) washing the precipitate obtained in step (i) with hydrochloric acid and de-ionized water, centrifugal washing at 4500-6000 revolution/minute, rotating speed of 3-8 minutes till the centrifugal supernatant pH value is 4-7 to obtain the centrifugal product, (iii) taking the centrifuging the product obtained in step (iii), dialyzing the dialysis bag, dialyzing for 1-3 weeks, ultrasonic processing for 3-5 hours to obtain graphite oxide aqueous solution, drying at 40-60 degrees C for 36-72 hours to obtain traditional oxidation graphene sample and (iv) taking 0.01-0.04 pts. wt. conventional graphene oxide sample obtained in step (iii) with ultrasonic dispersion of 30-50 pts. wt. ethanol solution at a concentration of 20-30% in the three-neck flask, placing the three-neck flask in 30-50 degrees C constant temperature water bath and adding magnetic force stirring, slowly dripping with micro sample feeder at a speed of 0.1-0.3 ml/minutes, adding 1-5 pts. wt. anhydrous zinc acetate alcohol solution with concentration 10-30 mM into three neck flask aqueous solution and 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. hexamethylene tetramine with concentration of 40-60 mM, reacting for 4-16 hours, centrifuging the mixed solution, washing for many times, filtering and drying.
