NOVELTY - A graphene is transferred to selected location by taking graphene, spin coating photoresist, exposing selected area of graphene, developing photoresist, removing, covering exposed area with photoresist, direct contacting with poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), immersing into liquid developer, dissolving PMMA layer, diluting graphite remains, targeting location, adjusting graphene, evaporating moisture, and removing PMMA. USE - Method for transferring graphene to selected location (claimed).
