NOVELTY - A ferrite-graphene-modified polycarboxypyrrole wave absorbing material comprises 20-23 pts. wt. ferric chloride hexahydrate, 4-6 pts. wt. anhydrous aluminum sulfate, 5-7 pts. wt. cobalt chloride hexahydrate, 15-17 pts. wt. oxalic acid, 30-34 pts. wt. pyrrole, 1-3 pts. wt. synergistic catalyst and 10-25 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Ferrite-graphene-modified polycarboxypyrrole wave absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The product has increased conductive properties, improved shielding effect, has higher resistivity and lower high-frequency loss. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of ferrite-graphene-modified polycarboxypyrrole wave absorbing material comprising taking 300 mL N-methylpyrrolidone and 400 mL distilled water, adding 20-23 pts. wt. ferric chloride hexahydrate, 4-6 pts. wt. anhydrous aluminum sulfate and 5-7 pts. wt. cobalt chloride hexahydrate, mixing, ultrasonicating at 60-65 degrees C at frequency of 28 KHz for 4-5 hours, dispersing in solvent to form sol, filtering, washing with 3000-3500 mL distilled water, drying, calcining at heating rate of 10? oC/minute at 750-760 degrees C for 4-5 hours, annealing at 730-740 degrees C for 3-4 hours, cooling, washing with 500-700 mL of 12-13 wt.% dilute hydrochloric acid, washing metal solids with 4000-5000 mL distilled water, drying at 80-85 degrees C for 6-8 hours, obtaining copper-aluminum ferrite, taking 600 mL anhydrous acetonitrile, adding 15-17 pts. wt. oxalic acid, 30-34 pts. wt. pyrrole and 1-3 parts of synergistic catalyst, heating and reacting at 130-135 degrees C for 24-28 hours, monitoring reaction results by thin-layer chromatography, decompressing and distilling, performing thin-layer chromatography through silica gel chromatography column, eluting 10:1 volume ratio of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate, decompressing and distilling, filtering, obtaining carboxypyrrole, adding 300 mL distilled water and 250 mL ethanol, ice bath cooling, adding 3 times amine perthiosulfate, stirring and reacting for 48-50 hours, filtering, washing product with 800-1000 mL ethanol and 4000-5000 mL distilled water alternately, drying at 80-85 degrees C for 6-8 hours, obtaining polycarboxypyrrole, taking 500 mL copper-aluminum ferrite and 10-25 pts. wt. graphene, stirring, ultrasonicating at 45-50 degrees C at frequency of 28 KHz for 3-4 hours, dispersing in solvent to form sol, adding polycarboxypyrrole, ultrasonicating for 1-2 hours, carrying out hydrothermal reaction at 120-125 degrees C for 12-15 hours, cooling, filtering, washing product with 4000-5000 mL distilled water, and drying at 70-75 degrees C for 5-6 hours.
