▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene oxide paint involves (i) heating to 10 degrees C higher than the melting point of the phase change material, melting the phase change material, adding diatomaceous earth and stirring, loading the molten phase change material into the pores of the diatomaceous earth through pressurization and cooling to solidify the phase change material to obtain a diatomaceous earth loaded with phase change material, (ii) adding calcium chloride into the obtained diatomaceous earth loaded with phase change material and uniformly dispersing, adding polyurethane emulsion containing graphene oxide and water glass, rapidly spraying and drying to make water glass and calcium chloride to form calcium silicate, coating graphene oxide and polyurethane on surface of diatomaceous earth, washing, and drying to obtain a graphene oxide phase change microcapsule and (iii) mixing epoxy resin, solvent, dispersing agent, film-forming aid, antifoaming agent and thickening agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive paint has excellent thermal energy storage, temperature adjusting performance and transmission efficiency of thermal energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene oxide paint involves (i) heating to 10 degrees C higher than the melting point of the phase change material, melting the phase change material, adding diatomaceous earth and stirring, loading the molten phase change material into pores of the diatomaceous earth through pressurization, and cooling the phase change material to solidify to obtain a diatomaceous earth loaded with phase change material, (ii) adding calcium chloride to the obtained diatomaceous earth loaded with phase change material, uniformly dispersing, adding polyurethane emulsion containing graphene oxide and water glass, rapidly spraying and drying to make the water glass and calcium chloride to form calcium silicate, tightly coating the graphene oxide and polyurethane on a surface of the diatomaceous earth, washing with water, and drying to obtain a graphene oxide phase change microcapsule, and (iii) uniformly mixing epoxy resin, solvent, dispersing agent and film-forming aid in a dispersing machine at a high speed, adding the prepared graphene oxide phase change microcapsule, combining the mixture with antifoaming agent and thickening agent, and stirring at a high speed for 30-100 minutes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a paint prepared by the method.
