NOVELTY - Amplification system comprises isothermal amplification buffer, magnesium sulfate, dNTP mixture, target-specific primer set, deoxyribonucleic polymerase, amplification template, and 5-30 ng graphene oxide. USE - The amplification system is useful in preparing kit for detecting colorectal cancer markers (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The system: verifies mechanism by which graphene oxide inhibits non-specific amplification in LAMP; and optimizes optimal amount of graphene oxide in LAMP. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for suppressing loop-mediated isothermal amplification of false positives using graphene oxide, comprising (i) preparing aqueous solution containing 5-30 ng of graphene oxide, (ii) mixing aqueous solution of graphene oxide obtained in the step (i) with ring-mediated isothermal amplification reaction system, where the loop-mediated isothermal amplification reaction system includes, isothermal amplification buffer, magnesium sulfate, dNTP mixture, target-specific primer set, deoxyribonucleic polymerase and amplification template, and (iii) performing isothermal amplification on polymerase chain reaction instrument.
