NOVELTY - The perovskite solar cell has a TCO layer (5) for covering a spherical perovskite layer (4). A columnar electrode structure is extended out of the spherical perovskite layer from the sphere center and passed through the TCO layer. The columnar electrode structure is composed of a metal electrode core layer (1), and a first carrier transmission layer (3) and an insulating layer (2) are arranged side by side on the side of the metal electrode core layer. The first carrier transmission layer is set to completely cover the spherical perovskite layer. The insulating layer is provided to completely separate the metal electrode core layer and TCO layer. USE - Perovskite solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The photoelectric conversion efficiency of the large area perovskite cell formed by self-assembling is high. The angle of the incident light is not required, which can expand the application field. The specific structure and connection relation can realize good interaction.
