NOVELTY - Multi-layer graphene laminate comprises catalyst metal layer and a stacked structure comprising a graphene layer grown on one surface of the catalyst metal layer sequentially and repeatedly stacked. USE - Multi-layer graphene laminate used in electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The multi-layer graphene laminate has a hole mobility of 8.7x 103 (cm2/Vs) at a transparency of 90% by growing a graphene layer on one surface of the catalyst metal layer without a transfer process, and excellent resistance and electrical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Multi-layer graphene laminate comprises catalyst metal layer and a stacked structure comprising a graphene layer grown on one surface of the catalyst metal layer sequentially and repeatedly stacked within a range satisfying relation Rn/Rn-1x 100 not less than 0.55, where n is 2. n=number of times the stacked structure is repeated; Rn=sheet resistance of the multilayer graphene stack formed by repeating the stacked structure n times; and Rn-1=stacked structure is the sheet resistance of the multilayer graphene laminate formed by repeating n-1 times. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) an electronic device, which comprises multilayer graphene laminate, forming a catalyst metal layer, growing a graphene layer on one surface of the catalyst metal layer, and then sequentially stacking the catalyst metal layer and the graphene layer; and (2) a method for manufacturing a multilayer graphene laminate, which involves repeatedly growing multilayer graphene laminate.
