NOVELTY - The device has a liquefied natural gas storage tank (9) whose outer side is provided with an insulating layer (8) for covering a tank body of the liquefied natural gas storage tank. An inner circumferential direction of the insulating layer is provided with a ventilation pipeline (4). A side of the ventilation pipeline is connected with an air inlet channel (3). Another side of the ventilation pipeline is connected with an air outlet channel (5). The air inlet channel is provided with an air inlet valve (2). A port of the air outlet channel is provided with an outlet fan (7). The air inlet channel is provided with an air outlet valve (6). The insulating layer is composed of polyurethane foam, glass wool, polyethylene cotton or foam glass. The ventilation pipeline is a copper pipe or a graphene pipe. USE - Liquefied natural gas ship adjustable insulating layer device. ADVANTAGE - The device provides a controllable range for realizing evaporation rate of a liquefied natural gas storage tank so as to adapt to a working condition of a liquefied natural gas transport ship or a liquefied natural gas fuel ship under different power, thus reducing use cost.
