The antibacterial modification auxiliary agent comprises montmorillonite, hydroxyethyl cellulose, attapulgite, 18-36 mass% sodium chloride solution, 4-8 mass% silver nitrate solution, tetraethoxysilane, vinyltriethoxysilane, ammonia water and cellulose acetate butyrate. USE - Antibacterial nonwoven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial nonwoven fabric has good mildew-proof and antibacterial properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Antibacterial nonwoven fabric comprises glass fiber, polypropylene, graphene, copper oxide, nano-silver ion, n-butyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, ethoxylated alkylamine, nano-zinc borate, palygorskite, inorganic germanium powder, bamboo fiber, polyethylene glycol terephthalate, mildew-proof modified filler, antibacterial modification auxiliary agent and silane coupling agent KH-570. The antibacterial modification auxiliary agent comprises 20-40 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 3-6 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose, 4-8 pts. wt. attapulgite, 3-6 pts. wt. 18-36 mass% sodium chloride solution, 4-9 pts. wt. 4-8 mass% silver nitrate solution, 3-5 pts. wt. tetraethoxysilane, 2-6 pts. wt. vinyltriethoxysilane, 1-5 pts. wt. ammonia water and 4-8 pts. wt. cellulose acetate butyrate. The weight ratio of nano-zinc borate, palygorskite, bamboo fiber, inorganic germanium powder, polyethylene glycol terephthalate, mildew-proof modified filler, antibacterial modification auxiliary agent and silane coupling agent KH-570 is 8-14:2-5:4-8:1-3:4-6:15-25:10-20:1-3. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the antibacterial nonwoven fabric comprising uniformly mixing polypropylene, nano-silver ion, n-butyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, ethoxylated alkylamine, butanol, and polypropylene, adding nano-silver ion, uniformly mixing, raising temperature to 60-70 degrees C, preserving heat for 1-2 hours, stirring at 650-850 rpm for 1-2hours, cooling to room temperature to obtain base material, raising the base material to 52-58 degrees C, adding nano-zinc borate, palygorskite, bamboo fiber, inorganic germanium powder and polyethylene glycol terephthalate, uniformly mixing, raising the temperature to 60-70 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 1-3hours while stirring, adding mildew-proof modified filler, antibacterial modification auxiliary agent and silane coupling agent KH-570, mixing uniformly, continuously heating at 80-90 degrees C, stirring and dispersing for 1-2 minutes at 650-850 rpm, obtaining modified material, winding bamboo fiber on the outside of glass fiber to form a nonwoven fabric core layer, melt mixing the modified material with graphene and copper chloride, forming nonwoven fabric skin layer, extruding the nonwoven fabric core layer through extruder die circular hole, extruding the nonwoven fabric skin layer through outer ring of the extruder die, obtaining antibacterial nonwoven fabric material with skin layer covering the core layer, and melt-blowing.
