NOVELTY - The metal grid conductive film (100) has a base material layer (1). Multiple grooves (2) are concavely formed from at least one surface of the base material layer. A conductive material (3) is filled in the groove. The multiple grooves are connected to each other in a grid shape. The side walls and bottom walls of the grooves are planar. A conductive metal paste is provided with at least one of silver paste, or copper paste, or silver-clad copper paste. A conductive non-metallic paste is provided with at least one of carbon fiber, carbon nanotube and graphene. USE - Metal grid conductive film in touch sensors and touch screens (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film forms grooves or master plate grooves by laser, so that the side wall and the bottom wall of the groove are both planar, utilizes the conductive material to evenly fill the entire groove when the conductive material is placed, thus avoiding virtual printing or pores, and improves the conductivity of the entire conductive grid. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of metal grid conductive film in touch sensors and touch screens.
