NOVELTY - Graphene -butyl rubber material comprises butyl rubber and graphene-butyl rubber masterbatch in a mass ratio of 100:10-30. The graphene-butyl rubber masterbatch is mainly formed by compounding modified graphene and butyl rubber, preferably, in the graphene-butyl rubber masterbatch and the amount of graphene is 5-10%. USE - The rubber material is useful for preparing sealing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has solvent resistance and can prevent the corrosion medium gradually corroded and through sealing pad layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene -butyl rubber material, comprising taking butyl rubber, graphene-butyl rubber masterbatch, stearic acid, zinc oxide, sulfur and tetramethylthiuram disulfide into internal mixer for mixing, vulcanizing to obtain solvent resistance of graphene-butyl rubber material.
