NOVELTY - Manufacture of fir fiber bionic traditional Chinese medicine positive bone splint comprises (i) crushing the fir tree into fir fiber, alkali boiling, cleaning, sterilizing and disinfecting, (ii) blending pretreated fir tree fiber with thermoplastic polymer material and extruding for granulation, extruded into a filamentous structure to obtain to the silk segment, filling the wire segments into the cold pressing die in the same direction, spraying the nanoparticle dispersion into the cold pressing mold, oscillating the cold pressing mold, and cold-pressing the wire segment in the cold pressing mold to obtain a plate, placing plate on a TCM bone-setting splint mold with a needle-like structure, performing hot-pressing to obtain final product. USE - The manufacture of fir fiber bionic traditional Chinese medicine positive bone splint is useful as the matrix, as cross-linking agent with polymer low-temperature thermoplastic biomaterials and for preparing a new type of bionic bone-setting splint. ADVANTAGE - The fir fiber bionic traditional Chinese medicine positive bone splint: has lightweight, breathable, longitudinally high-strength, and transversely malleable.
