▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing (M1) graphene sheet (140) involves: forming a film consisting of a graphitizing catalyst (100); where the width of the film is greater than or equal to 1 mm; heat-treating a gaseous carbon source (120) in the presence of the graphitizing catalyst to form graphene (130), while maintaining the shape of the film; and cooling the graphene to form a graphene sheet, where a width and a length of the graphene sheet are each greater than or equal to 1 mm. USE - In manufacturing graphene sheet for graphene substrate (claimed); as transparent electrode on a solar cell substrate; as conductive thin film in a display device; and as an optical fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method is economical, and produces a large-sized graphene sheet having a desired thickness; provides transparent electrode having excellent conductivity, high uniformity, excellent flexibility, and having desirably transparent to allow light to penetrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene substrate comprises: a substrate; and a graphene sheet formed on the substrate, where the graphene sheet is derived from a polycyclic aromatic molecule, where carbon atoms are covalently bound to each other, where the graphene sheet comprises 1-300 layers, and each of a width and a length of the graphene sheet is greater than or equal to 1 mm. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a method of preparing a graphene sheet. Graphitizing catalyst (100) Substrate (110) Gaseous carbon source (120) Graphene (130) Graphene sheet (140)
