▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-oxide ceramic composite material is obtained by mixing graphite oxide and ceramic powder in a predetermined ratio, molding, heat-sintering, thermally reducing graphite oxide into graphene, and sintering ceramic powder to ceramic component. USE - Graphene oxide ceramic composite material is used for sensor, electromagnetic shielding, airspace, energy storage electrode and electronic component. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide ceramic composite material has excellent thermal conductivity and electroconductivity, and is prepared by a simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-oxide ceramic composite material, which involves adding zirconium powder and graphite oxide into absolute ethanol, dispersing ultrasonically for 1 hour, ball-milling obtained graphite oxide-zirconium dispersing liquid for 1-24 hours, stirring obtained zirconium-graphite oxide mixed solution in magnetic stirrer, heating, drying at 20-100 degrees C for 6-24 hours, molding obtained black powder, placing obtained green blank in vacuum furnace, sintering using protective gas, heating for 1-4 hours, and cooling naturally to room temperature.
