▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Sandwich panel (1) comprises a core material (20) containing insulator, a first plate (10) comprising a polymer, having thickness of 1.5-2 mm and diameter of 20-70 cm that is wound into a roll, and adhered to one side of the core material, and a second plate (30) containing metal material, and adhered to the other surface of the core material. USE - The sandwich panel is useful in structure (claimed) in fabricated construction. ADVANTAGE - The sandwich panel has durability that is not corroded by chemical gases i.e. ammonia by using a material having excellent chemical resistance and corrosion resistance for the plate material, is formed into a roll form as a material present in the first plate, contains a polymer material having a lower weight or specific gravity than conventional materials, has sufficient strength to perform the supporting function of the structure while being lightweight, excellent strength to weight ratio, high specific heat and low thermal conductivity compared to metal-based materials, so the internal temperature is maintained at constant, good constant temperature, thicker thickness than the second plate, beautiful appearance and less problems caused by changes in the surrounding environment because it can be combined and finished by flashing made of the same material as the plate used as the interior material, can increase heat capacity, maintains constant temperature, improves mechanical properties at the same time, and does not need to form a separate insulation layer or insulation foam coating on the inner surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: producing sandwich panel, comprising (a) preparing a first plate containing a polymer having thickness of 1.5-2 mm by winding it into a roll having diameter of 20-70 cm, (b) preparing a second plate material including a metal material by winding it in a roll form, (c) continuously supplying a core material including a heat insulating material, the first plate, and the second plate, (d) forming an adhesive layer (40) by spraying an adhesive liquid on at least one surface of the first plate, the second plate or the core material that is continuously supplied, and (e) forming a sandwich panel by laminating the first plate member and the second plate on one side and the other side of the core material, adhering them with the adhesive layer, and then compressing; and tructure comprising the sandwich panel that is bonded to the other surface of the core material, and a finishing member coupled at the end of the sandwich panel and including the same material as the first plate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view showing the structure of the sandwich panel. 1Sandwich panel 10First plate 20Core material 30Second plate 40Adhesive layer
